Pinspree LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PinSpree mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

  • Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise location data to enable core App functionality (discovering and placing pins). You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used, time spent, and navigation patterns.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and crash reports.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Social Login: If you choose to sign in through Apple or other social providers, we receive basic profile information as permitted by your privacy settings.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.


8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws.
